This retreat combines the thrill of a guided long paddle with restorative practices to refresh your mind and body. Perfect for paddlers of all levels, you'll spend the day connecting with nature, exploring the water, and enjoying activities designed to recharge and reset.

What’s Included:

  • Guided Long Paddle Adventure: Paddle for 5 hours, with a focus on technique, endurance, and mindfulness
  • Breathwork & Yoga: Start the day with guided breathwork and restorative yoga to prepare the body and calm the mind
  • On-Water Break & Refuel: Take a short break on the water to hydrate, stretch, and refuel with snacks
  • Cold Plunge & Recovery: Refresh with an optional cold plunge and recovery tips to rejuvenate your muscles

Long Paddle Day Retreat Schedule (subject to change)

8:00 AM – Arrival and Check-In

  • Welcome and brief orientation
  • Enjoy coffee and light bites
  • Review the paddle plan and prepare for the day
  • Meet fellow paddlers and retreat leaders

8:30 AM – Breathwork & Mobility Session

  • Guided breathwork to center and energize
  • Restorative yoga to stretch and prepare the body for paddling

9:00 AM – Paddle 

  • 15-20 mile paddle depending on conditions and groups fitness

2:00 PM – Nourishing Lunch

  • Healthy, light lunch with plenty of hydration

2:30 PM – Cold Plunge & Group Reflection

  • Optional cold plunge to refresh and rejuvenate
  • Share experiences from the day’s paddle

3:00 PM – Closing and Departure

 

Note:

  • Equipment not provided. Please bring your own paddleboard, paddle, leash, PFD, hydration, and nutrition (light breakfast bites & lunch provided)
